REMARKS:

• The shipping times provided are for reference only. Please do not take into account the possible delays caused by confirmation of payments.
• We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. Estimated shipping times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs declarations and clearance, unforeseen weather conditions and other delays that may be caused by the delivery service provider.
• Any customs duties or taxes imposed during the importation of goods will be billed to the customer.
• Once the order has been confirmed, it cannot be revised or cancelled. We are unable to redirect orders once the items have been dispatched.
• We attempt to provide you with the best service possible. Our general delivery service is with Hongkong Post. If however you need urgent delivery, please contact us and we can arrange for delivery with FedEx, DHL or UPS which will usually deliver within 3 working days.

• If the products we delivered to you are damaged or we have sent you the incorrect goods or quantity, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at cs@aromadicasa.com.
